Responsible for achieving individual collection results.
Advise customers to make timely payments and act as a reminder for due dates.
Respond to customer requests based on their requirements.
Maintain good customer service standards and uphold the company’s image.
Perform dunning activities based on allocated queues.
Conduct extensive follow-up with customers via phone calls, emails, and faxes to ensure payments are made within the credit term.
Build and maintain good client relationships while ensuring high service levels.
Meet collection targets and achieve financial objectives set urrainn by management.
