Job summary

A reputable marketing firm in Selangor is seeking an Executive for Business Development/Project Sales. This role involves managing sales and marketing efforts across various divisions, such as Renewable Energy Products and Building Materials. Candidates must have at least a diploma or degree in a relevant field, with good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Experience in sales is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Sales preferred, but fresh graduates may apply.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia required.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Sales & Marketing activities for the division in Malaysia.
  • Achieve sales budget by tracking customer orders.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Compile reports on products and market analysis.
  • Expand customer base by generating new key accounts.
  • Provide suitable solutions for customers to improve market share.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Coordinate supply chain for timely delivery.

We offer sales positions across several divisions, including Hose & Fittings, Renewable Energy Products, Building Materials, Industrial Hardware, Heavy Equipment Parts and Commercial Vehicles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Sales & Marketing activities for the particular division in Malaysia.
  • To achieve sales budget given by following up on customer’s requirements/ orders progress.
  • Maintaining good relationship with customers.
  • To compile reports on products, market, competitors analysis.
  • To expand customer base by generating new key accounts.
  • To gain better market share by providing suitable solutions to the customers.
  • To ensure timely collection.
  • To coordinate the supply chain for timely delivery to meet customers' expectations.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience preferably in Sales, however fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, good customer service, self‑motivated, goal oriented and result driven.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision.
