Job description
Overview

Provide support to branch office matters and to marketers in all matters pertaining to agency force. Key support staff to assist in growing the agency force as when marketers are out in the field servicing the agency.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for system administration
  • Administrate and monitor staff attendance, welfare, discipline, office administration maintenance, upkeep and security system
  • Monitor/Check monthly reports (e.g. CBC, SRT EON, REXIT, CCD)
  • Resolve/Follow up agent’s outstanding accounts
  • Prepare payment requisition for agent’s internet subscription & smart assists and monitor internet fees & towing fees
  • Prepare monthly reports to Head Office as required
  • Respond to various requests from customers/agents/HQ
  • Ensure effective and efficient administration of day-to-day business operations in line
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and laws
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in branch support in General Insurance
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have worked in Insurance industry particularly motor business
  • Able to work in Johor Bahru branch
