Job Overview

Executive, Branch Support Admin (Ipoh Lahat). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the water filtration, water treatment, or related industry.

Responsibilities
  • As a Sales Executive at PureGen Water Sdn Bhd, drive sales and business growth by identifying and engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions from our range of water filtration, water treatment products, systems, and water pumps.
  • Manage existing customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the market; develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline; generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events; conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends; present and demonstrate products to potential customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs; handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets; prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals; negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our water filtration, water treatment products, systems, and water pumps; stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction; provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management; participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the water filtration, water treatment, or related industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients; proficiency in MS Office; negotiation and closing skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with water filtration, water treatment products, systems, and water pumps; ability to understand and explain technical products to non-technical customers.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required; strong organizational and time-management skills; high level of integrity and work ethic.
