EXECUTIVE, BIM MODELER, PROJECT PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT

BIM Planning & Execution

• Execute based on BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and digital workflows across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Ensure all digital models comply with BIM standards and that accurate data is available to all stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project models, drawings and documentation, including as-built documentation.
• Generate 3D models and visualizations using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, Twinmotion, SketchUp).
• Support BIM implementation, authoring, and coordination across all project phases.
• Coordinate design matters between architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Assist in developing construction drawings, coordination drawings, and other deliverables to support operation.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, record minutes, and track follow-ups.
• Provide technical support to project teams in developing BIM-based workflows for design, coordination, and construction.
