What You'll Do

  • Manage Presidents calendar, meetings and travel
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, reports and presentation
  • Coordinate events and external engagements
  • Serve as liaison between president and stakeholders
  • Maintain and update CRM customer data.
  • Monitor opportunities, sales pipelines and engagements
  • Generate CRM reports for leadership review.
  • Promote CRM best practices within the regional team
  • Support regional projects, events, and leadership programs
  • Coordinate communication across Southeast Asia offices
  • Track follow-ups and ensure timely completion of action items
