Job description
Job Purpose

Provide high-quality executive support to C-level leaders in a fast-paced APJ environment. The Executive Assistant ensures smooth daily operations, manages priorities, and represents the Executive in communications and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments; coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and prep materials.
  • Handle travel planning end-to-end (flights, itineraries, logistics).
  • Draft and prepare professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Prioritize and manage email on behalf of the Executive, draft responses and flag urgent items.
  • Support executive meetings: prepare agendas, compile materials, track actions, and record minutes.
  • Liaise across departments to coordinate approvals, signatures, and information flow.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Address ad hoc requests and shifting priorities, sometimes outside core hours.
Skills & Experience
  • 4–7 years of executive assistant or senior administrative experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking ability.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and support senior‑level stakeholders.
  • Proficient with MS Office and standard business tools.

Working Conditions:

  • Professional office environment with occasional extended hours.
