1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference given to candidates with experience in secretarial work, administrative management, or related fields.

2. At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles, with a background in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibility

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for organizing documents, entering data, and managing archives within the Production Department and the Purchasing Department.

2. Assist in creating purchase orders, inventory receipts, and other relevant documents, and track logistics information.

3. Handle routine administrative tasks for the department, including maintaining meeting records, compiling reports, and requisitioning office supplies.

4. Coordinate communication between departments and disseminate company notifications and documents.

5. Complete any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
