About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Asset Management to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management and maintenance of our physical assets, ensuring they are well-maintained and performing optimally to support our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive asset management strategies and policies to optimise the lifetime and performance of our physical assets
• Conducting regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of our assets to identify and address any issues or deterioration
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair activities
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of asset performance, maintenance history, and lifecycle data
• Analysing asset data to identify opportunities for improvement, cost savings, and risk mitigation
• Collaborating with procurement and finance teams to manage asset-related budgets and expenditures
• Providing regular reports and recommendations to management on the state of our asset portfolio
