A recruitment firm is seeking an Executive to join the Administration and Human Resources Department in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position involves providing administrative and HR support, coordinating recruitment, and managing employee records. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Business Administration or HR and possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preference will be given to candidates with over two years of experience in human resource administration.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive to join our Administration and Human Resources Department. This full-time role supports both head office and retail operations by providing efficient administrative and HR support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Perform a wide range of administrative duties including document control, filing, data entry, correspondence, and general office coordination to support retail and corporate operations.
Provide HR administrative support such as coordinating recruitment activities, onboarding of new hires (including retail staff), and maintaining accurate employee records.
Assist in scheduling interviews, meetings, training sessions, staff activities, and travel arrangements when required.
Act as a liaison between head office, retail outlets, and external parties by responding to enquiries and providing timely administrative support.
Support the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with company standards and retail operational requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments and retail teams to address administrative and HR-related matters efficiently.
Handle confidential and sensitive employee information with professionalism, discretion, and compliance with company policies.
Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resource Management or any related field recognised by the Government from a local higher education institution or equivalent qualification
Passed SPM / SVM with at least Grade C in Bahasa Melayu or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government
Candidates with more than two (2) years of working experience in human resource administration, particularly in the retail sector, will be given priority
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
Familiarity with HR processes and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Independent, disciplined and results-oriented.
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
