Job description

Executive, Accounts, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Accounts and play a pivotal role in preparing full set accounts and cash flow planning, ensuring payments are made on time, and performing regular bank reconciliations. The position also requires creating company-level budgets and carrying out tax computations to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards. Monitoring loan drawdowns and resolving any related issues promptly is also part of the responsibilities. Additionally, the role includes handling ad hoc financial tasks as assigned by the superior. This position plays a vital role in maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and overall financial health of the organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare full set accounts & support statutory audit. Ensure timeliness & accuracy of financial records & reporting.
  • Cash flows planning, investment of funds & payment processing.
  • Perform company level budgeting & financial analysis.
  • Perform tax computation & ensure tax compliance.
  • Perform loan drawdown & monitor loan covenant compliance.
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior & Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • At least 1-3 years of working experience in related field.
  • Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Willing to work extra miles during peak season (year-end audit & budget exercise).
  • A team player that can work independently & work with team.
  • Have experience in using accounting software to perform data entry/reporting.
