Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and compilation of academic quality policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Plan and coordinate key academic quality activities, including internal audits, periodic programme reviews, and quality assurance training sessions.
  • Support the preparation, review, and submission of documents to ensure compliance with requirements set by regulatory bodies, particularly the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
  • Maintain a well-organized repository of circulars, notifications, current programme standards, best practices, and education policies issued by relevant authorities.
  • Provide administrative support to academic departments on curriculum updates and quality assurance matters, including audit-related tasks.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in the education industry or equivalent.
  • Experience with audit and accreditation processes is an added advantage.
  • Proficient with technology and equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
