Description

Primary Objective:

To plan, execute and support Head of Group Event Management and Creative/technical units in executing all Group Corporate & Investment Banks events efficiently and effectively, in accordance to the requirements by business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organising and coordinating all Group events including fund/product launches, road shows, corporate events, media conferences, town halls, annual/extraordinary general meetings, etc.
  • Identify vendors/suppliers and project partners for successful implementation of projects and ensuring productive working relationship with all parties.
  • Assist in planning, executing, monitoring budgets and servicing various departments for the yearly event planning to meet the objectives and goals of the Company.
  • Exercise and maintain a high standard of professionalism in dealing with business partners and clients and strive to preserve and enhance the good reputation and goodwill of the department and Company as well as build better relationship with business partners and clients.
  • Assist in organizing Group events creative and technical outcomes, liaising with agencies, production of in house promotional materials and publications.
  • Maintain a proper administrative system and procedures, primarily for the event (Corporate & IB) unit to ensure all invoices and payments to suppliers are paid accurately and in timely manner.
  • Observe and comply at all times with all acts, laws articles of associations, rules and regulations affecting the Company's business and the securities and banking industries and be conversant with all statutory modifications and reenactments as may be introduced thereto.
  • Display professionalism with regards to teamwork and work closely with all colleagues at all times.
