Job summary

Job Responsibilities
- Support Sales & Marketing team on exhibition info, reports directly to the manager
- Assist in pre-event preparation, planning & communicate with vendors to ensure event run smoothly & accordingly
- Recruit temporary event staff, manage free gift stocks
- Coordinate and implement all operations matter with sales, marketing & design team
- Liaise with suppliers (e.g. contractors, venue owners, printing company, licensing etc.)
- Compile feedbacks and prepare post-show report
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Data key-in, filing, recording etc.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Certificates/Diploma.
- Candidate studying in Marketing, Business Studies, Events, Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Ability to work well independently as well as within a team environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Have your own transportation and willing to travel outstation.
- Good time management skill, able to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- An ideal candidate would be a dedicated and hardworking, interested in event management, event planning.
