We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Executive to join our dynamic team at Premium Pure Sdn.Bhd. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing events that align with our company's marketing and communications objectives.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events that enhance our brand presence and reach target audiences, whilst increasing sales
• Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including on-site execution
• Manage event budgets and ensure effective utilisation of resources
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery
• Monitor and analyse event performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our event strategies

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in event management, preferably in the marketing and communications industry
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage, as the role involves coordinating events and communicating with a predominantly Mandarin-speaking audience, partners, and stakeholders
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to event planning and execution
