Event & Multimedia Project Executive
As Event & Multimedia Project Executive, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, from corporate functions to immersive multimedia experiences. Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery that exceeds expectations. This role is ideal for someone with experience managing animation projects designs for event screens, LED Walls, projecting mapping, interactive experiences and promotional media- ensuring seamless coordination between creative teams, vendors, and event stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the advertising and event industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, event planners, and brand managers.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored 3D animation, multimedia solution and event proposal.
- Collaborate with creative directors, animators, motion designers, event producers, and clients to align animation content with the event’s theme, brand, and audience.
- Liaise with the internal animation and production teams on a project basis, ensuring client requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
- Coordinate across multiple teams (AV, staging, broadcast, content) to ensure animations integrate smoothly into the overall event flow
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to close deals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and refine concepts that align with client goals.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Certificates / Vocational / Diploma.
- Able to converse in English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus point.
- Good Communication skills and Client Relationship Management.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under pressure.
- Able to manage alcohol related events.
- Experience working with agencies, event production companies, or creative studios.
- Understanding of screen specs and technical delivery formats for large-format displays or projection.
- Knowledge of branding and storytelling in a live event context.
- Knowledge in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) or similar software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
