A leading automotive company in Johor is looking for an EV Car Sales Advisor to promote TQ Wuling vehicles. The role involves participating in sales activities, managing customer engagements, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and a valid driver's licence, with a passion for sales. This is a contract position offering a basic salary of RM1,700 plus commission. Candidates with their own transport and willingness to work extended hours are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and drive sales of TQ Wuling vehicles
• Participate in branch-level sales activities, roadshows, marketing events, and product launches.
• Manage daily prospecting, follow-up, customer engagement, and test drive sessions.
• Comply with TQ Wuling’s operational guidelines, policies, and sales procedures.
• Deliver a high-quality, memorable customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Achieve individual monthly sales target of 3 units and support branch performance goals.

Job Requirements

• With a valid driver’s licence.
• Experience in automotive sales is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales.
• Candidates with own transport are preferred.
• Willing to work extended hours when necessary (events, promotions).
• Able to work at the location as advertised
• Able to work independently with integrity and discipline as required by company rules.
