Position: Customer Success Application Support

Job Objective: Focusing on the entire lifecycle of overseas customers, provide professional application support services to ensure customers fully and smoothly use the company's products, improve customer proficiency and satisfaction, drive customer renewals and additional purchases, and contribute to the continued growth of the company's overseas business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Overseas customer application consulting and problem solving;
  2. Overseas customer product application training and empowerment;
  3. Overseas customer application status tracking and optimization recommendations;
  4. Responsible for renewals of overseas subscriptions within the scope of business operations;
  5. Provide technical support and professional services to ensure service delivery quality;
  6. Overseas service product sales
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in finance/computer science related fields.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in overseas customer support, technical support, and customer success.
  3. Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Kingdee ERP is preferred.
  4. Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, capable of conducting business and technical exchanges with overseas customers.
  5. Possess a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, be accountable to cross-border clients, be able to proactively resolve client issues, bear work pressure, and possess strong stress tolerance.
  6. Possess strong product learning and understanding skills, be able to quickly familiarize yourself with the company's product functions, architecture, technical principles, and international application scenarios, and provide professional application support to clients.
