The ERP & Systems Coordinator ensures accurate, complete, and efficient operation of the company’s ERP system and all integrated business software (e.g., WMS, accounting systems, CRM). The role is responsible for coordinating data input, managing workflows, liaising with vendors, and supporting departments to ensure seamless usage of all operational softwares. The coordinator will also handle implementation and integration of new software tools, ensuring alignment with company processes and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Coordination & System Support
- Collect, verify, and input all necessary data into the ERP and other business software systems.
- Assist with accurate data entry into the systems to ensure operational workflows function properly.
- Ensure consistency and correctness of data across all integrated platforms.
- Maintain basic data governance, user access controls, and change logs to protect data integrity.
2. Process Design & Interdepartmental Liaison & Support
- Coordinate with all departments to understand software needs and workflows.
- Collaborate with departments to design and implement practical processes for using ERP and other software systems effectively.
- Propose improvements to workflows, system use, and data management practices.
- Act as first-line support for system-related questions and provide solutions to optimise usage.
- Develop SOPs, user manuals, and training materials for all systems in use.
3. Software Integration & Implementation
- Coordinate the implementation and integration of new software tools (e.g., WMS) with ERP and other systems.
- Serve as the primary liaison between software vendors and internal users during setup, testing, and go-live.
- Ensure smooth workflow alignment, data transfer, and system functionality across platforms.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, data migration checks and post-go-live issue resolution.
4. Reporting & Data Analysis Support
- Extract, compile, and validate data for management and departmental reporting.
- Support data-driven decision-making by generating standard and ad-hoc reports.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, automate processes, and improve system usability.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Identify gaps between system functionality and operational needs; propose process or system improvements.
- Monitor usage and compliance across all systems.
- Stay informed on system capabilities and advise on how to leverage features for efficiency gains.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in ERP or business systems administration, data coordination, or process implementation (manufacturing environment preferred).
- Knowledge of ERP, WMS, or other operational software systems.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate, clean, and analyze data.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Good communication and coordination skills across multiple teams.
Preferred:
- Experience integrating ERP with WMS, accounting, or other software tools.
- Experience designing or supporting low-code / no-code applications (e.g. Power Apps, AppSheet, Odoo Studio, Zoho Creator) for internal business use.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, BOMs, and production workflows.
- Familiarity with reporting and data visualisation tools (Power BI, SQL, dashboards).
- Experience creating SOPs and user guides for software usage.
