A dynamic engineering firm in Malaysia is looking for an experienced Engineer specializing in End-of-Line (EOL) processes such as mold, laser marking, and trim form. The role involves characterizing and optimizing EOL processes, supporting new programs and data collection, and managing improvement projects focused on performance metrics. Candidates should possess a degree in Physics or Engineering and have at least 3 years of relevant assembly experience. Strong skills in Statistical Process Control and problem-solving are essential.
We are looking to hire an experienced Engineer with a background in End-of-Line (EOL) processes such as mold, laser marking, and trim form.
EOL Process Characterization and Optimization: Responsible for EOL processes (Mold/Lid Seal/Marking/CSAM/Trim/Singulation) characterization and optimization.
Support New Programs and Data Collection: Support end-of-line processes by creating new programs and collecting data to establish customer/internal documentation parameters, PFMEA/control plan & CTQ updates.
Improvement Projects and Activities: Support EOL process improvement projects and activities focused on performance metrics like assembly yield and cost savings.
Engineering Evaluations and Data Compilation: Support EOL engineering evaluations, DOEs, and qualification data compilation for internal and customer requests.
