A leading recruitment agency is seeking an EHS Technician in Rawang, Malaysia, to support Environment, Health, and Safety programs. The role involves monitoring workplace safety, assisting in audits, and maintaining compliance records. Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily EHS inspections, audits, and compliance with OSHA, DOSH & DOE regulations.
  • Monitor PPE usage, hazardous waste handling, and chemical safety.
  • Assist in incident investigations, emergency drills, and corrective actions.
  • Maintain EHS documentation, MSDS, and compliance reports.
  • Promote safety awareness and support training programs.

Overview

The EHS Technician supports the plant’s Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company standards, and industry best practices. This role focuses on monitoring workplace safety, assisting in audits, maintaining records, and supporting initiatives to minimize risks associated with chemical handling, battery materials, and manufacturing operations.
