• Experience as product consultant, system analyst, or sales for at least 1 year.
• Understanding of DMS and ECM concepts.
• Quick adaptability to changes and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Understand user requirements and translate them into system design.
• Provide consultancy for enterprise document management and digitalization.
• Create system design diagrams and project documentation.
• Explain system design to the development team and present to customers.
• Serve as product expert during customer onboarding cycle.
