What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging, interactive lessons that make learning exciting.
• Teach and support students effectively using both English and Mandarin where needed. Prepare teaching materials and lesson plans with creativity.
• Work closely with fellow teachers to design courses, workshops, and activities.
• Monitor students' progress and provide academic support.
• Maintain strong classroom management with a positive, fun learning atmosphere.
• Use digital tools and modern teaching methods effectively.
• Inspire students with patience, empathy, and encouragement.

What We're Looking For

• We're looking for English Teachers with a strong Mandarin-speaking background to join our expanding team.
• Minimum Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Education or related fields.
• (SPM/IGCSE holders with strong results & passion in teaching may also be considered.)
• Strong command of English and the ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin (essential, as many of our students prefer Mandarin for learning).
• Experience: At least 1 year of teaching experience preferred. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply — training will be provided.
• Passionate, energetic, responsible, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Able to conduct on-site physical classes in Balakong.
