Job summary

A leading construction company in Malaysia is seeking a project manager to oversee all internal and external works. You will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and have 2-4 years of experience in the Construction and Maintenance Industry. Membership in relevant engineering boards is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 4 years working experience in Construction and Maintenance Industry.
• Member of Board Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
• Member of Institute of Engineers Malaysia (IEM).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage all projects of internal and external works for project execution completed within stipulated time and cost.
• Ensure all works following quality assurance and required standard to maintain sustainable and creditable to client.
• Liaise with all the clients, authority and contractors involved in the project.
• Manage and supervise subordinate works regarding the project.
• Monitor and tracking the project financial claims to the client and contractors.
