• Ensure proper staffing and development of team members.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practices in painting operations.
• Help manage the department’s target in line with customers’ expectations.
• Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day operations of Painting Department.
• Participate and execute initiatives on continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Have working knowledge of molding and assembly departments.

• Established working knowledge of molding and assembly departments with cross over management capabilities,
