Qualifications

• Degree from reputable universities in relevant engineering fields.
• Strong command of English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage equipment for controlling processes in the factory.
• Plan projects and manage budgets.
• Monitor robotic arm and auto stacking machines.
• Maintain documentation on engineering changes.
• Localise spare parts from China brands.

Your Mission:

SCADA Responsibilities:

• Designing and managing equipment used to control and monitor processes, systems and machinery in factory.
• Planning project, preparing and managing budgets.
• Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical/electronic systems specifications or technical drawings and calculations.
• Operating and maintaining machines.
• Keeping track of engineering changes and updating necessary documents.

RASM Responsibilities:

• To monitor the robotic arm stripping machine and auto stacking machine such as maintenance, spare parts stock check, and settings of the machine.
• To monitor and find the root cause for defects such as TR, glove tight, and counting issue.
• To deal with China supplier as our most of our auto stacking machine are from China.
• To localise all the China brands’ spare parts.
• To help in new production upline in area of robotic department. RASM and auto stacking machine set up.
• To study and monitor the air compressor and compressed air usage.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechatronic Engineering or related from reputable universities.
• Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written). [Mandarin is a plus]
• Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
• Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
