You will enhance tooling performance while working collaboratively with Production and QA teams. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and at least 4 years of relevant experience, especially with CAD software. Design, develop, and optimize jigs, fixtures, moulds, and tooling to support production requirements.

Prepare and maintain technical drawings, tooling specifications, SOPs, and work instructions.

Conduct tooling feasibility studies, troubleshoot tooling-related issues, and provide corrective actions.

Collaborate with Production, QA, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth tooling implementation and problem resolution.

Lead improvement projects related to tooling lifecycle, tooling cost reduction, and manufacturing optimization.
领导工装生命周期、成本降低及制造优化相关的改进项目。
Perform tooling validation, preventive maintenance planning, and continuous improvement.
进行工装验证、预防性维护计划及持续改进。
Support new product introduction (NPI) by designing required jigs, fixtures, and tooling.

Ensure proper documentation and maintain compliance with company standards.

Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations during tooling development and handling.
