Job description

Develops process and production concepts for improvement of existing processes, implementation of new processes or new products.

Identifies necessary production processes and capacities. Agrees upon technical requirements for production lines.

Supports development department in dimensioning of new products and production processes due to lean aspects during the development process to ensure an optimized serial production.

Plans, coordinates and controls production tests and putting into service of new production lines and processes in corporation with production.

Prepares engineering data files such as manufacturing instructions, manuals, process plans, etc.

Participates in purchasing negotiations with suppliers. Decides on execution of maintenance and repair works by external authorities, chooses external service providers and evaluates their performance.

Oversees different initiatives or projects, monitors their progress and completion, and ensures that they meet the expectations of sponsor.
