Job summary

A manufacturing company in Johor is seeking an Electrical/Electronic Engineer responsible for process design, operation, and documentation in manufacturing. The role requires troubleshooting skills and effective communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing. The ability to understand AutoCAD and knowledge of ISO standards are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High level of commitment, integrity, and teamwork.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for process design, operation, and implementation.

• Troubleshoot and repair faults in the product.

Job description

Responsible for the process design, operation and implementation

Responsible for the smooth running of the ongoing process

Prepare and maintain all engineering documents (manuals, modification, work instruction, etc) relating to the manufacturing of product and ensuring that change notices are raised and approve accordingly

Able to read and understand the Circuit Diagram

Troubleshooting and repair faults in the product

In process control of yield, line-balancing, product repairing, process study and evaluation

Transfer and implementation of new products into mass production within a planned time frame and do co-ordination job with another department

Job Requirement :

• At least Crrticate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Assistant Engineer) or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Engineer)
• High level of commitment and a team player with good planning, organising and controlling skills
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 will be an added advantage
• AutoCAD drawing (2D & 3D), Microsoft Office and email will be an added advantage
• A team worker, High integrity and commitment.
• Good communications skills – esp. in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 3 years of experience in an Electronic Manufacturing environment (Engineer level)
• Willing to work at Ulu Tiram, Johor
