Job description

This role is to assist superior in the implementation of assigned projects to ensure project completion within the stipulated budget quality and time schedule.

To supervise and monitor construction progress and costing of assigned projects.

Monitor implementation of procedure and guidelines by consultant, site staff and subcontractors.

Prepare documents for submission to the client (Method statement, RFI, Transmittal, Monthly report and progress claim).

To check construction drawing issued by consultant, highlight discrepancies and get ready for construction.

To liaison and coordinate with authorities, consultant, subcontractors and suppliers.

Asist to resolve site and technical issues.

Where necessary may recommend to improvement and modification for design and construction techniques.

Attend meeting of consultant, subcontractor and site staff as and when required.

Asist the Project manager and Site Agent to develop and maintain project quality plans.

Asist to compile and prepare reports for record and Management's review.

Ensure safety and health are complied.

Implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as defined in the Company's Quality Management System.

To carry out any other duties when instructed by Management from time to time.
