Job description

Monitor and control daily production processes to ensure output meets required specifications.

Analyze production data and identify areas for process improvements.

Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production lines.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.

Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to enhance product performance and reduce defects.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of battery fundamentals, including lithium-ion chemistry, cell design, and battery performance metrics.

Familiarity with battery manufacturing processes, such as electrode fabrication, cell assembly, and battery pack assembly.

Proficiency in using engineering software and tools for design and analysis (e.g., CAD, MATLAB, Excel).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, while adhering to project timelines.

Prior internship or co-op experience in battery manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
