Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (electronics, automotive, consumer goods, etc.).
• Strong Mandarin communication skills (written and verbal).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, including Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and PFMEA.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action (RCA/CAPA) for production issues.
• Collaborate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and factory teams to resolve technical issues and ensure alignment on engineering changes.
