Job description

Mechanical Eng.

• Completion of process guidance documents, formal issuance and training---Completion of the preparation, issuance and training of process documents such as process flow charts, work instructions, and inspection procedures
• Process control effectiveness --- KR1: product first-time pass rate; KR2: process cost optimization; KR3: number of work-related accidents
• Process Problem Solving—Timely resolution of process problems
• Process Improvement—Completion of process optimization measures, plans, tooling designs, etc.

Electric Eng.

• Manufacturing cost control for welding equipment - KR1: Reasonable BOM calculation and specification selection, no excessive waste; KR2: Cost deviation and standard budget; KR3: Continuous equipment improvement, significant reduction in labor and material costs; KR4: Complete at least two equipment optimization measures throughout the year.
• Accuracy and timeliness of equipment operation training.
• On-site technical support for stable equipment operation - Robot arm programming design and improvement, equipment PLC programming design and improvement.
• On-site operation instruction document output and review and proofreading of technical instruction documents - Timely output of operation instructions according to equipment production requirements, review and proofreading of technical instruction documents as required.

Quality Eng.

• Responsible for formulating inspection standards, inspection Forms, work instructions and QC engineering drawings of quality inspection departments. Strictly implement the inspection standards that have passed the examination and approval, and revise them in a timely manner according to the actual development of the company.
• All inspection documents of the Quality Department shall be verified to ensure their applicability. Regularly clean up the stored expired quality files, and apply for scrapping of expired files.
• Responsible for the analysis of the reasons for customer complaints, and organize and lead relevant departments to conduct customer complaint review meetings.Formulate customer complaint improvement measures, verify the effect of the improvement measures, and reply to the 8D report. When a customer complaint occurs, communicate and coordinate with the customer in time to understand the reason and situation of the customer complaint. Statistically analyze customer complaint cases, and regularly organize relevant departments to hold customer complaint review meetings.
• Regularly carry out internal and external calibration of the company's expired instruments and equipment to ensure the normal operation of the instruments and equipment.Carry out ledger management of the company's instruments and equipment, and apply for scrapping of old or unrepairable instruments

HVAC Eng.

• Install, test, commission, and adjust HVAC equipment such as chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and CRAC/CRAH units.
• Perform fundamental system tests including voltage, current, power, airflow, pressure, and temperature measurements.
• Operate HVAC testing instruments (e.g., multimeters, vibration analyzers, sound level meters).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and control system faults to ensure reliable operation.
• Strictly follow all safety procedures during testing and maintenance activities. Work collaboratively with other project teams (Electrical, Fire Protection).
• Maintain accurate records of all tests, adjustments, and commissioning activities.
• Work effectively in the challenging physical environment of data centers.
