Job summary

A palm oil mill in Johor is seeking an experienced Engine Driver to operate steam boilers and turbines safely. Key responsibilities include leading fireman, maintaining cleanliness in the boiler area, and performing boiler maintenance. Candidates must possess a competency certificate and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role. The position requires a willingness to work shifts and multitask effectively. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as Engine Driver for Steam Turbine Generator and/or Steam Boiler.
• Possess Steam Boilerman and/or Steam Engine Driver Grade 1 or 2 Competency Certificate.
• Must be willing to work in shifts and overtime.

Kilang Sawit Muar Berhad (KSMB) is an established Palm Oil Mill based in Muar, Johor.

In light of our expansion, we invite highly motivated and result-oriented candidates to fill the position above to be based in Muar, Johor:

Job Responsibilities

• Operate the steam boiler and steam turbine under safe conditions.
• Lead and train fireman in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the boiler house area and carry out boiler cleaning on non-processing days.
• Possess sound knowledge on boiler maintenance. Knowledge of steam turbine would be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Possess Steam Boilerman and/or Steam Engine Driver Grade 1 or 2 Competency Certificate from DOSH/JKKP
• Possess minimum 3 years' experience as Engine Driver for Steam Turbine Generator and/or Steam Boiler
• Must be willing to work in shifts and overtime
• Able to multitask and work independently under minimum supervision
• Experienced fireman are encouraged to apply
