Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform End User Support – Client Management.
• Troubleshoot client platform related problems.
• Respond to incidents and provide resolution.
• Perform service requests related to client platforms.
• Document and maintain configuration of systems.
• Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project.
• Follow-up with vendor on hardware replacement.
• Update asset records.
• Perform local server administration.
• Ensure deliverables meet service level requirements.
• Establish facility management standards.
