Job summary

A global life sciences company in George Town, Malaysia is looking for an IT Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of front-end IT systems. The role involves providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and documenting issues. An undergraduate degree in IT and 3-5 years of experience is required, along with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. Candidates should be comfortable working CET hours (2pm–11pm MY time).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior experience in IT support.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Expertise in PC-based hardware, software, and networking components.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to lab users.
• Maintain front-end IT infrastructure.
• Document all interactions and problem resolutions.
