Qualifications

• 3+ years of process engineering experience in EMS / PCBA / electronics industry.
• Familiar with ECN/ECO, PFMEA, and control plan documentation.
• Knowledge of lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma or related CI tools is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize end‑to‑end PCBA & box‑build manufacturing processes.
• Support NPI builds and ensure smooth mass production ramp‑up.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues.
