As the GSOC Team Lead, you are responsible for managing the daily operations of client GSOC and ensuring the smooth security system operations center (24*7 SOC center). Responsibilities may include team management, security system monitoring, troubleshooting, analysis reporting, preventive health checking, coordinating with other parties, and working with other team members to achieve objectives. You will ensure that customers have the best possible experience and have the highest quality of services.

Main Responsibilities may include:
- Managing global security operations center (GSOC) in MNC Client in Kuala Lumpur, problem resolution, service enhancement, operational effectiveness, audit compliance, staffing, scheduling, and training.
- Lead the team to ensure smooth daily operations of client GSOC.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service; evaluates service qualities and initiates any necessary corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Assist client in developing and improving their SOP and streamlining the processes.
- Oversee and participate in the recruitment, selection, orientation, and retention of high-caliber staff to ensure all positions are properly staffed; act to ensure each staff member is treated with dignity and respect.
- Responsible for training new hires and motivating staff to continually learn, regularly review staff performance metrics.
- Consistently maintain documentation and follow standardized procedures to successfully complete audits.
- Support client facility team for all scheduled maintenance for security equipment system are planned and carried out timely.
- Ensure all Security Systems are closely monitored, and all critical issues are escalated per SOP and resolved in a timely manner.
- Assist the team by providing security system information in conducting investigations as requested by client.
- In performing functions, duties, or tasks, GSOC Team Lead is required to know and follow safe work practices, and to be aware of company policies and procedures related to job safety, including safety rules and regulations.
- All functions, duties or tasks are to be carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner, and to be performed in conformance with applicable company policies and procedures.
- Business travels due to client required.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or Information System major.
- Minimum 2 years of security team lead/supervisor experience required.
- Knowledge of Genetec is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of IT hardware, networking, and database management.
- Familiar with access control, CCTV, and alarm system products & system is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Client service-oriented.
- Highly adaptable individual with fast learning ability.
- Excellent command of English (both Written and Oral), proficient in other languages is a plus.
