Job description
Overview

The Maintenance & Critical Response (MCR) Team is a specialised, in-house engineering organisation designed to provide rapid response, advanced troubleshooting, and self-perform maintenance for mission-critical systems across the data centre portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical maintenance on LV panels, breakers, UPS auxiliary components, and power distribution equipment.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and support fault investigations under guidance from engineers.
  • Replace electrical components such as fans, fuses, sensors, indicator lights, and small control devices.
  • Assist in implementing MOPs, SOPs, and emergency response procedures for electrical work.
  • Conduct routine inspections, document findings, and escalate abnormalities.
  • Support response to electrical incidents including UPS alarms, breaker trips, and abnormal readings etc.
  • Maintain electrical tools, PPE, and ensure proper documentation is recorded.
  • Adhere to electrical safety standards including LOTO, arc-flash protection, and PTW requirements.
