Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in electrical maintenance, installation, or related areas.
• Experience in maintenance of electrical fittings, pumps, and lighting systems.
• Ability to assist with tenancy fit-out co-ordination.

Responsibilities

• Check and maintain all riser switchboards from level to level.
• Conduct test running of pumps manually if necessary.
• Maintain and repair lighting, sockets, and electrical fittings.
