We specialize in electric buses, autonomous bus, e-tractors, e-vans, e-ride shaws, RESS battery system (Rechargeable Energy Storage System), battery pack, high-tech fleet management system, etc.

To cater to the rapid expansion of our regional business, we are setting up a new Manufacturing and Assembly Factory as well as a Battery Research and Development Center in Port Klang Free Zone in Malaysia. Job Description

• Work with installation site engineers to define facility requirements and site layouts for machine installation.
• Ability to engineer, implement and design the mechanical design of parts, components and assemblies in 3D CAD.
• Able to read & review technical drawing.
• Familiar with local tools, parts resources for commercial vehicle material handling.
• Knowledge to assemble electric commercial vehicle from CKD model.
• Understand assemble process and to follow SOP given by HQ.
• Knowledge to design via software, CATIA, SOLID WORKS, AUTOCAD.
• Knowledge on electrical wiring works, pneumatic, hydraulic and others.
• Prepare process of testing new equipment, process, procedure, system.
• Knowledge on Basic safety requirement during works.
• Weekly report to head of department to discuss and improvement on assembly, if any.
• Able to use Microsoft product such as excel, words and others.
• Familiar with local body builder assembly and chassis.
• Able to travel Asia pacific to support others region for manufacturing / technical support.
• Hands on assembly company product such as bus, BESS, battery system, material handling and familiar using tools that related.
• Understand local authority requirement for commercial bus, van and etc.
• Familiar with local bus design, requirement.
• Project management skill / provide technical training to client when required.
• Assist to sales department prepare tender.
• Any ad hoc task given by superior.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the company’s business.

Qualification and requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Professional Degree in (Mechanical / Electrical) Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to work independently and work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills, good attitude & self-motivated.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Good analytical capability in making independent decisions.
• Capable in handling technical issues.
• Good organizational and planning skills and teamwork.
• Skilled in communicating with internal and external parties.
• Highly proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel overseas for training upon confirmation.
• Good discipline and attitude.
• Proficient in design with Autodesk Inventor, Solid works & AutoCAD or similar software experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in designing enclosures in support of mounting Electrical/ Electronic hardware.
• Able to interpret engineering machine drawings.
• Good understanding of English or Mandarin
