Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Malaysia seeks a Registered Clerk of Works (COW) to oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant site supervision experience and strong knowledge of electrical installation standards. Responsibilities include monitoring contractors, conducting inspections, and liaising with authorities. This role requires good communication skills and the ability to work independently at the Ipoh project site.

Qualifications

• Registered Clerk of Works (COW) with BEM is mandatory.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant site supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation standards and testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities ensuring safety and compliance.
• Monitor contractors' performance and workmanship quality.
• Conduct regular inspections on Electrical or M&E works.
• Report unsafe practices and enforce corrective measures.
