What you’ll be doing

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and onboarding of new hires
• Administer and maintain employee records and HR information systems
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
• Provide guidance and support on HR‑related matters to managers and employees
• Assist with employee engagement and retention activities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the consulting or non‑profit sector
