Job summary

A leading technology firm in Penang is seeking an EHS Specialist to manage environmental health and safety programs. This role involves coordinating compliance with regulations, developing safety training, and maintaining EHS documentation. Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field. The position offers a contract for 8 months and is suitable for fresh graduates as well.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Environment, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Registered Safety & Health Officer.
• Lead auditor or internal auditor of ISO14001 and/or ISO45001 management system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance with EHS regulations.
• Interface with local authorities for audits and inspections.
• Develop and maintain key EHS programs and documentation.
• Partner with site operation team to achieve EHS goals.
• Implement programs to meet ISO14001 and local regulations.
