Job description

制定、实施并监督环境、健康与安全（EHS）政策、程序和项目，以遵守Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994、Environmental Quality Act 1974、Fire Services Act 1988及其他马来西亚法规 Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994, Environmental Quality Act 1974, Fire Services Act 1988, and other Malaysian legislations.

担任与政府机构（如DOSH/JKKP、DOE/JAS、BOMBA、警察）的主要联络人，确保符合法定要求，包括按时报告、接受检查和获取认证 Serve as the primary liaison with government bodies (e.g., DOSH/JKKP, DOE/JAS, BOMBA, Police) and ensure statutory compliance, including timely reporting, inspections, and certifications.

确保管理体系符合ISO 14001:2015（环境管理）和ISO 45001:2018（职业健康与安全）标准 Ensure compliance of management systems such as ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety).

定期开展风险评估，识别危险条件和不安全的工作操作，并实施纠正措施，将风险降至可接受水平 Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify hazardous conditions and unsafe work practices and implement corrective measures to reduce risks to an acceptable level.

领导事故调查，分析根本原因，并实施纠正和预防措施（CAPA） Lead incident-accident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

制定年度EHS培训计划，并在组织各级推广积极的“安全第一”文化 Develop an annual EHS Training Plan and promote a proactive “Safety First” culture across all levels of the organization.

监督许可证申请和续期（例如，合格证书（CF）、毒物许可证、受控物品许可证等） Oversee permit applications and renewals (e.g., Certificate of Fitness (CF), Poison Permit, Permit Barang Kawalan Terjadual, etc.).

领导和组织应急响应小组（ERT）的规划、培训和应急演练 Lead and organize Emergency Response Team (ERT) planning, training, and emergency drills.

推动环境可持续发展计划，如减少废物、回收利用和节能 Drive environmental sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction, recycling, and energy conservation.

管理完整的定期废物处理流程（从产生到处置），确保全面遵守环境法规 Manage the complete scheduled waste process (cradle-to-grave) ensuring full compliance with environmental regulations.

监督废水处理厂（WTP）和空气污染控制系统（APCS）的运营和合规 Oversee the operations and compliance of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP) and Air Pollution Control Systems (APCS).

识别运营改进的机会，并提出建设性解决方案以提升整体环境、健康与安全(EHS)绩效 Identify opportunities for improvement in operations and recommend constructive solutions to enhance overall EHS performance.

领导并监督设施团队，管理工厂设备、公用设施、建筑设施及基础设施的预防性和纠正性维护 Lead and supervise the Facility team in managing preventive and corrective maintenance for factory equipment, utilities, building facilities, and infrastructure.

开发并管理设施资产的预防性维护计划 Develop and manage the Preventive Maintenance Program for facility assets.

规划、实施并监督与设施相关的项目，如空调、起重机、吊车、管道及建筑升级Plan, implement, and oversee facility-related projects such as air conditioning, hoists, cranes, piping, and building upgrades.

管理设施服务的承包商和供应商，确保遵守公司安全规则及法规要求 Manage contractors and vendors for facility services, ensuring compliance with company's safety rules and regulatory requirements.

相关领域的学士学位 Bachelor's Degree in equivalent field.

在环境、安全与健康或相关领域至少有3年的逐步工作经验 At least 3 years of progressive experience in Environment, Safety and Health or related field.

掌握风险评估和管理技术，能够识别关键设施改进机会 Knowledge of risk assessment and management techniques in identification of key facility improvement opportunities.

持有与安全卫生官（SHO）、职业安全健康（OSH）及环境健康安全（EHS）相关的证书者优先 Certificates related with SHO, OSH and EHS will be added advantage.

具有钣金制造背景者优先 Background in sheet metal manufacturing is an added advantage.

能够使用英语和普通话进行双语交流，普通话母语者将具有最大优势 Bilingual in English/ Mandarin. Mandarin speaker would have the most advantages.
