About the role
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality, personalized support and guidance to high school, college and university students to chart out their higher education pathway.
What you'll be doing
- Providing personalized education counselling and advice to students and parents on higher education options
- Respond to student enquiries promptly, professionally, and with a personal touch
- Build trust and strong relationships by proactively following up on student and parent enquiries.
- Represent the organization at education fairs, school workshops, and student recruitment activities (including some Saturdays).
- Liaise with overseas universities and admissions teams to track student applications, arrange interviews, and advocate on their behalf.
- Accurately manage and update student records.
- Stay up to date with industry trends through in-house training, university information sessions, and exciting overseas familiarization trips (all expenses covered!).

- Passion for Education: Dedicated to supporting teens and young adults (16-25 years old) in navigating their higher education choices.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Strong customer service skills to guide both students and parents with professionalism and empathy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English.
- Mandarin Proficiency: Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Goal-Oriented & Resilient: Motivated by success, able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to Detail: Organized and meticulous in handling student information and processes.
- Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
- Task Management: Able to manage workload, stay organised and maintain momentum without procrastinating.
- Flexibility: Comfortable juggling shifting priorities and handling ad hoc tasks without losing focus on core responsibilities.
- Bonus Skills & Experience: Studied abroad in an English-speaking country (UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand).
- Prior experience in customer service or education counselling.
