Job description

To assist Team Member in the daily operations in relations to order processing, all type of claims upon assigned, monthly bulletin update, monthly management report preparing, price setting, DC Order Processing, MMS Display, PDA Control & B2B Integration checking together with order releasing.

To assist on day-to-day operations of the accounts department, such as order processing, return handling & issue invoices as well as credit note/debit note checking whichever applicable.

Generating and completing monthly reports for Sales team & HQ.

Assisting with various tasks, including preparing reports, claim submission and review PO from online system.

Able to meet tight deadlines and maintain a high standard of work, further demonstrate accountability by taking responsibility for the outcomes of actions and decisions made.

To establish and maintain physical files and records to document transactions.

To ensure proper accounting methods, principles and policies are being followed.

Carry out administration duties such as filing, photocopying, composing correspondence.

Professionally interacting with customers by phone and email in proper manner.

To ensure all supporting documents are properly filed & traceable.

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess minimum a SPM or Diploma in accounting.
  • Candidate should possess at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and operations.
  • Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional manners and strong ethical code.
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
  • Trustworthy, commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
  • MS Office - Excel, Words, Power Point and familiar with Pivot Table. Computer knowledge in Microsoft
