• Experience with Warehouse Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support online store growth and performance with monthly KPIs.
• Assist e-commerce team to edit and upload products.
• Work closely with marketing to ensure online SOPs run smoothly.
• Provide customer support through various channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries within agreed response times.
