Job Responsibilities
Daily eCommerce Operations
- Upload products to website, Shopee & Lazada
- Update stock, pricing & promotion settings
- Check orders & ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle order packing coordination with logistics team
Customer Order Processing
- Generate airway bills
- Arrange shipping & monitor delivery
- Follow-up on pending, delayed or failed shipments
Store Maintenance
- Ensure product information, photos & specs are accurate
- Maintain clean and organized online storefront
Support Tasks
- Assist in basic customer enquiries
- Work closely with Marketing & Customer Support teams

Salary & Other benefits
