Job Responsibilities
Daily eCommerce Operations
  • Upload products to website, Shopee & Lazada
  • Update stock, pricing & promotion settings
  • Check orders & ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle order packing coordination with logistics team
Customer Order Processing
  • Generate airway bills
  • Arrange shipping & monitor delivery
  • Follow-up on pending, delayed or failed shipments
Store Maintenance
  • Ensure product information, photos & specs are accurate
  • Maintain clean and organized online storefront
Support Tasks
  • Assist in basic customer enquiries
  • Work closely with Marketing & Customer Support teams
