Job summary

An e-commerce company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled e-commerce professional to drive growth across key accounts on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce and a passion for the beauty sector. This role includes managing promotional calendars, optimizing store operations, and ensuring adherence to marketplace policies, with potential evening and weekend commitments during peak campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in cross-border e-commerce for at least one overseas market.
  • Genuine interest in the high-growth beauty space; comfortable in a startup environment.
  • Willing to support weekend/evening peaks during campaigns; off-in-lieu provided.
  • Familiarity with marketplace growth levers (e.g., GMV MAX) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Grow key accounts across Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
  • Deliver growth on core KPIs: Revenue/GMV, Store Followers, CVR/CR%, ROAS/ACoS.
  • Plan and execute promo calendars to ensure store performance and sales momentum.
  • End-to-end store ops ownership including product/listing management, price/stock integrity.
  • Drive marketplace media & partnerships and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Monitor daily dashboards and ensure adherence to platform policies.

Responsibilities
  • Grow key accounts across Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop (and other marketplaces).
  • Deliver growth on core KPIs: Revenue/GMV, Store Followers, CVR/CR%, ROAS/ACoS, repeat rate, and ratings.
  • Plan and execute promo calendars (mega sales, payday, platform campaigns); ensure consistent store performance and sales momentum vs. plan.
  • End-to-end store ops ownership: product/listing management, price/stock integrity, order processing, inventory & fulfilment coordination, SLA and OOS control.
  • Drive marketplace media & partnerships: platform campaigns, paid ads (Search/Discovery/Shop Ads, TikTok Ads), affiliate/KOL/creator activations; collaborate closely with internal creative/ops teams.
  • Data & compliance: monitor daily dashboards, competitor/product analysis, cohort and basket insights; ensure adherence to each platform’s policies and rules.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent). 3+ years hands‑on experience in cross‑border e‑commerce for at least one overseas market; social media ops exposure is a plus.
  • Genuine interest in the high‑growth beauty space; comfortable in a startup environment.
